Our sugar free chocolate is sweetened with maltitol, which can have a laxative effect if you eat too much. This product contains cocoa butter which is one of the ingredients that makes good chocolate smooth, so this is a high quality sugar free chocolate. Choose from almond clusters, cashew clusters or pecan clusters. Ribbon colors will vary. The ingredients for the milk chocolate are: Maltitol (a sweetener), Cocoa Butter, Unsweetened Chocolate, Calcium Carbonate, Milkfat, Calcium Caseinate (milk), Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Natural Vanilla Extract. The ingredients for dark chocolate are: Maltitol (a sweetener), Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Powder processed with Alkali,  Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Powder, Milkfat, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Natural Vanilla Extract.
